We provide comprehensive engineering & project management services for offshore & subsea projects, from planning to execution and supervision. Ace Pipeline resource pool of experienced engineers and project managers work closely with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest QHSE standards.
Our offerings include fabrication services of subsea structures, such as manifolds, pull heads, laydown heads, piping & subsea spools, jumpers etc., at our well-equipped facility in Panvel, near west coast and for the fabrication of offshore structures such as jackets, topsides, etc., we have strategic collaborations with qualified fabricators in India, Southeast Asia and The Middle East to deliver larger structures.
With the help of our access to the fleet of specialised vessels, heavy lift vessels etc., Ace Pipeline provide transportation and installation (T&I) services for a variety of offshore and subsea assets.
Our highly skilled team has expertise in the transportation & installation of all forms of pipelines such as rigid pipelines, flexible pipelines, risers and flowlines for shallow water applications. Our team has executed the subsea pipeline installations by S-lay and Beach-pull (shore-approach).
We support our clients towards the journey of sustainability by offering decommissioning / abandonment and re-use services that includes dismantling, removal & salvaging of platforms, heavy lifting of aged structures and transporting it to the shore.
In addition to FJC, Hydrotesting, Pre-commissioning of pipelines; we also have in-house capabilities to perform automatic welding using Serimax dual-torch technology and have a well-established facility in Panvel to carry out WPQT, Welder Training & Qualifications.
Ace Pipeline Contracts was established in 1989 and has had its roots in Mumbai. We have grown over the years in our ability to execute diverse contracts across the nation.
